2. Products

House of Egypt offers a variety of products, including Scoops, handmade accessories, jewelry, homeware, artisanal products, gifts, and other Egyptian-inspired treasures.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their colors, designs, materials, dimensions, and characteristics accurately. However, photographs and videos are provided for illustrative purposes, and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Many House of Egypt products are handmade, handcrafted, individually finished, or produced in small quantities. Slight variations in color, texture, painting, stitching, pattern, shape, finish, dimensions, or other characteristics are normal and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

Such reasonable handmade variations are not considered defects.

3. Scoop Products

Our Scoops are based on an element of surprise and random selection.

When purchasing a Scoop, you are purchasing the applicable Scoop category and experience rather than the exact products shown in a previous video, photograph, advertisement, social media post, or Scoop reveal.

The products shown in our content are examples of products that may be available and do not guarantee the contents of your individual Scoop.

Contents may vary according to product availability, Scoop type, and inventory at the time your Scoop is prepared.

Unless expressly offered as an option on our website, customers cannot select specific products, colors, patterns, or designs for their Scoop.

By purchasing a Scoop, you acknowledge and accept the random-selection nature of the product.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Shipping, delivery, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges may be added where relevant and will be displayed or communicated as applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, promotions, discounts, or other errors appearing on the website.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by House of Egypt.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, to refuse or cancel an order, including where:

• A product is unavailable or out of stock
• Payment cannot be verified or completed
• Incorrect information has been provided
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity
• A pricing, inventory, or website error has occurred
• We cannot fulfill or deliver the order

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any amount due to be returned will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment method and law.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your:

• Delivery address
• Any necessary delivery instructions

House of Egypt is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be sent again because of incorrect customer information, an unavailable recipient, or another customer-caused delivery failure.

7. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

Where Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available, customers are expected to accept and pay for confirmed COD orders upon delivery.

We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue COD availability for customers with repeated refused or failed COD orders, where permitted by applicable law.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided by House of Egypt are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by courier operations, customer availability, public holidays, weather, location, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the handmade, limited, personalized, and/or random-selection nature of certain House of Egypt products, restrictions may apply to returns and exchanges, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

10. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Handmade products naturally contain variations.

Minor differences between products or between a product and its photographs—including differences in color, brushwork, stitching, texture, pattern placement, dimensions, shape, or finish—may occur.

These characteristics are part of handmade production and are not automatically considered defects.

11. Product Availability

Products may be available in limited quantities.

We do not guarantee that any particular item will remain available, be restocked, or appear in future Scoops.

We may discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be combined.
• Discount codes have no cash value.
• Promotions are available only during the stated promotional period.
• Promotions may be limited by product or availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or correct a promotion affected by a genuine technical or administrative error, subject to applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content appearing on the House of Egypt website and official channels—including our branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, text, product presentations, Scoop concepts and presentation materials, and website content—is owned by or licensed to House of Egypt and protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, commercially exploit, republish, distribute, or use our protected content without appropriate authorization.

14. Customer Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violates another person's rights.

Where you specifically authorize us to repost or use customer-created content for marketing or social media, we may do so in accordance with that permission.

House of Egypt may publish product demonstrations, Scoop videos, reveals, packing videos, photographs, and other promotional content on social media.

Products appearing in such content may be examples and do not necessarily represent the exact contents of every customer's order or Scoop.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
